Bio
Well, a little about myself. I have resided in Columbus for over
ten years now and currently live in Hilliard. I have two girls
Caleigh and Zoe- who are my burgeoning Sous Chefs!
My Culinary background gets its much of its roots
from my family and my travels. I have lived over seas for much of
my life- Dominica,
Jamaica,
Antigua, Martinique, Barbados, as well as some "classic"
stops in the states, which include New York, Pittsburgh, and
Cincinnati. This has helped me to create a culinary style which
fuses my Caribbean background with classic French training and a
bit of Southern cuisine! The flavors of The Jerk Pit are unique
and addicting!
Locally I spent extensive time with
The Fifty-Five Restaurant Group-
and yes I do know how to make the house dressing! As Sous chef,
Chef, Assistant GM, and Banquet Planner. I have worked within
The Limited Corporation as The
Sales and Catering Manager for The Bath
and Body Works World Headquarters. I will continue to
do local demonstration cooking shows- and have been seen in the
past at The North Market,
Wild Oats,
Caprianno's Italian Market,
Williams and Sonoma, and
Channel 10 WCPO.
